It has Cruise Control, Tilt Wheel, New Tires, one Coleman Roof Mounted Air Conditioner, and In-Dash A/C, Heated/Electric Rear View Mirrors, two in-roof venting fans, Forced Air LP gas furnace, coffee maker, LP Gas Oven with four burner lighted stovetop, Microwave, Cassette/AM-FM Stereo system with 6 disk cd changer, Cable external connection jack, Refrigerator, hot water heater, a driver's side door with power window and a 4kw Onan Marquis generator with very low hours, new oem bottom paint, runs excellent, looks great. This is a Pace Arrow basement model (ample storage compartments beneath the floor, accessable from outside.) It sleeps 6: It has a couch that opens into a bed, a full dinette table that also opens into a bed, and in the back bedroom an island queen bed. It has an LP leak detector, carbon monoxide detector. The kitchen has a double basin stainless steel sink. The bathroom has a tub and a shower, toilet and sink, medicine cabinet and mirrors. Ample inside and outside storage, VCR and color TV with remote, there is also a cupboard in the bedroom with color TV. It has a trailer hitch, a large propane tank, fresh water tank, grey and black water tanks. The wardrobe has lights and mirrors. There are plenty of cupboards, drawers, and storage space.
